Salon policy 2026
• Please arrive at your appointment time. If you are early please wait outside or in the car . I will not take any appointments in early as I will be cleaning/ with another client. If you are late, I will try my best, however I may not be able to accommodate you and you will be charged for your appointment.
• Please come to your appointment alone- no family or friends or children will be allowed in for insurance reasons and space.
Cash payment or bank transfer ( the day before appointment).
My address will be sent on the confirmation email

By making a booking you are agreeing to the cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled the day before have a 50% charge. Same day cancellations are 100%
